We love our sriracha and we wanted to make a hot sauce that was close to our roots. We think it's a perfect match, smoky whisky and smoky chillies with a back beat of star anise. A wonderfully complex sauce with a a good heat.
Top tip
Ideal with haggis but if you're not too sure about haggis, it makes a fantastic glaze for ribs.
INGREDIENTS
White wine vinegar, water, honey, roast garlic, chipotle peppers, roast peppers, soy sauce, fish sauce, whisky, tomato puree, fermented chilli, dried chilli, MSG, salt, xanthan gum, star anise.
